1 Introduction and Acceptance

ttk444 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online betting and casino gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out all the rules that apply to use of the platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. ttk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on ttk444 and enjoy the full benefits of the platform, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account.

The following information is required at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per National Identity Card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

ttk444 is for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or above only. Minors are not permitted to use the platform and we enforce this rule strictly.

At the time of registration or at any stage, we may request the following documents for age verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving Licence

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until age verification is complete. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, their account will be cancelled and any related transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into ttk444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). When depositing funds into your account, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka)
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ttk444 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account for investigation and will be obligated to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000 (fifteen thousand taka). Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times (15x)
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Example: ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to restrictions on certain games
• ttk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming activities on ttk444 are conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined impartially and there is no possibility of altering any result.

Please keep the following points in mind regarding betting and gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant round may be considered void
• ttk444 is not liable if any game is affected by an internet connection failure
• The result received from the game provider's server will be considered final

6.2 Cricket Betting

International betting rules apply to betting on international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or the result is undetermined, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant betting rules.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. If a technical error occurs in any of these games, that round will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttk444 platform:

• Creating an account with false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Attempting to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software
• Using automated software or bots
• Fraudulent activity against the platform or other users
• Operating an account with third-party funds
• Playing on behalf of or in place of a minor
• Attempting to launder money through the platform

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension at Platform's Initiative

ttk444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found
• In cases of suspicious or dishonest activity
• If age verification fails
• If an account remains inactive for a prolonged period
• Due to legal obligations

8.2 Closure at User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, please withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met). Requests to reopen a closed account can be made through our support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

ttk444 is not liable for the following:

• If any game is affected by an internet connection failure
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control
• If losses occur due to technical issues on the part of a third-party game provider
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence

Gambling can cause financial loss. You are using the platform voluntarily and at your own risk. ttk444 does not provide any compensation for money lost.
